- Use this website only for lawful purposes and not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its infrastructure.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of ArcSeven Labs and is protected by UK copyright law. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the following ownership structure applies to client projects:
Our Ownership
All preliminary concepts, unused designs, and internal methodologies remain the sole property of ArcSeven Labs.
Your Ownership
Upon full payment of all fees, ownership of the final approved deliverables (website code, design files, assets) transfers to you.
We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials as an example of our capabilities, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ArcSeven Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services.
Our total liability in connection with any service shall not exceed the fees paid by you for that specific service during the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
