Data Security

We treat your data with the same care we apply to our work. Contact form submissions are delivered via encrypted SMTP and are never stored in a third-party database. Our website is hosted on a private VPS in the United Kingdom.

Retention & Legal Basis

We process your data on the basis of legitimate interests — to respond to business enquiries you have initiated. Where you have explicitly submitted our contact form, we process your data on the basis of consent.

We retain contact form submissions and email correspondence for up to 2 years, after which they are securely deleted. If we enter into a client relationship with you, we may retain relevant communications for the duration of that relationship plus 6 years in accordance with UK business record-keeping requirements.
